With no planning permission and a flabbergasted wife, Chris battles over 6 years with planning knockbacks, spiralling costs, tight deadlines and arctic conditions to transform this eyesore landmark into a gravity-defying luxury home.
He’s roping in friend and builder John to help out, but can they transform their ambitious plans into reality?
