The Million Pound Water Tower

In one of the UK’s most ambitious home renovation projects of recent years, Devon-born Rob starts a multi-year project to transform an abandoned concrete water tower into a million pound luxury home. Despite his family trying to persuade him not to do it, he packs in his job and invests all he has into this echo-filled concrete monolith.

Living on his own on site in a second-hand caravan, Rob spends weeks alone cutting through 10 inch thick reinforced concrete, before bringing in his builder friend Derren to help. 

But a serious accident on site nearly ends the whole project.
