After years of living in London, Rob and Ashley have dreamt of a life in the countryside for them and their young children, Freddie and Rosie. So when Rob’s parents offered up a ramshackle old barn on their family farm, they couldn’t turn it down.

But now, the couple - who’ve never attempted more than some basic DIY - have given themselves just sixteen months to transform a barn which housed sheep, into a family home. And right on the doorstep of Rob’s mum and dad. Now all they have to do is convert it - without upsetting the neighbours!
